I started in the real estate industry in 1995 as a mortgage loan officer. I’ve lived in Concord with my family since 2000, and in Central Contra Costa County since 1992. I focus my real estate business in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Martinez, and regularly sell houses throughout Contra Costa County. Raising a family in Concord has given me great insight into the schools, businesses and other organizations this area offers. I provide insight that doesn’t show up on a report or website.
Prior to working in real estate, I served 7 years on active duty with the US Air Force. I spent 2 years with the US Air Force Presidential Honor Guard in Washington, D.C. I served for 3 years as a city police officer in California.
I spend most of my time away from work with my family. I’ve coached baseball, softball and soccer in Concord. I’ve been a volunteer with Special Olympics since 1988 and my family is highly involved with Special Olympics. I serve on the games management team for most of the Northern California Special Olympics sports events. I have facilitated clinics for Special Olympics coaches and sports officials globally, and served as a member of the Special Olympics International Sports Resources Team. I am a past president of the Lamorinda Sunrise Rotary Club and I am an officer with the Saint Francis of Assisi Church Knight of Columbus.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Southern Illinois University and a Masters in Finance from Golden Gate University.
