This is the 3rd home that my wife and I purchased a home, but the first in CA. We met Ron at an open house. He was very personable and professional. Since we did not already have an agent in the East Bay, I contacted Ron and asked him to serve as our agent. Ron spent a lot of time with us, first helping us with our home search, taking us on property visits from Castro Valley to El Cerrito, from Oakland to Concord. We visited so many prospective properties. When prospective properties were found, he did a great job checking home values to ensure that we knew what was a good price. Once we found the right place, Ron guided us through making a smart offer, which the seller accepted. He continued to work with us all the way through until the deal was closed. He recommended hiring a thorough home inspection, separate from the one the seller already had done. Good thing. Several electrical issues were found, that the seller fixed as part of the sale. Knowing that we wanted to personalize the home before we moved in, he helped us find an outstanding house painter and a plumber to make a few aesthetic updates before we moved in. That is truly complete service. He lives close by and is now considered part of our extended family here in the SF Bay area. We highly recommend Ron for your house hunting needs.
