Ron was amazing in helping us navigate purchasing a home for the first time, and I could not imagine what going through the process would be like without him!

He was very knowledgable', from the offer process to helping us understand the different inspection reports we were navigating, he was always there to answer questions. Throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and made himself available as much as possible for the 20+ homes we toured in a two month period.

My favorite part that he did throughout this process, was helping us make a decision on what number we should bid for a home. He had all of these spreadsheets with the most recent market data, and made sure he was up to date on the current market place (which was CRAZY when we were putting in our offers) to help us decide what number we should put in our offer. It made us feel much more confident in our decision making for what we were willing to pay for each home.

I highly recommend Ron to anyone who is looking to purchase a home, and I cannot wait to work with him again in the future!
